Ambalaje Ludus is a Romanian producer of packaging materials including paper cups.
The company produces cardboard cups, soup bowls, fast food packaging as their factory in Ludus, Mures county, and has been on the market in Romania and in Europe for more than 5 years.
Constantin Neagu, Commercial Director, explained why the company has decided to join the EVA, “The reasons are simple. We want to be interconnected with all the players in the field of vending/HORECA in Europe, it is very good for us to know the latest changes in legislation in the field, and we believe that we can be a good business partner at the European level due to the quality of the products and last but not least due to the prices we can still offer.”
Director General of the EVA, Erwin Wetzel welcomed the company as a new member, saying, “A warm welcome to Ambalaje Ludus. All our members know the efforts the EVA is currently putting into ensuring new EU packaging legislation is appropriate for the industry and therefore it is a very good time for a new cup producer to join the Association. They will be able to add their voice to our lobbying efforts and crucially get a commercial advantage by having the latest information first hand. With EVEX bringing together all the key European vending players together, the company will also now be able to benefit from the added visibility membership brings. I look forward to a productive partnership.”
